Mumias West Sub County has been recording the lowest revenue growth among youth enterprises in sub counties of Kakamega since 2017. The Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF) was initiated with a view enabling owned by youth. This study, sought to determine extent which YEDF loans have affected county. general objective this study establish effect and county, Kenya. SPSS used analyze data. researcher conducted an Analysis Variance (ANOVA). Data analyzed presented tables figures. From findings, coefficient determination as measured adjusted R-square showed that predictor variables explain sixty-nine point six percent total variation concluded LPO/LSO significant Access credit is major obstacle young entrepreneurs who lack collateral. lending influence performance Youth-run Businesses. recommended management should come up structures ensure training incorporates technical, well entrepreneurial skills.
